Also the last picture shows a scratch on outside of top half. Should have no problem once you shim it and get bolted into the housing. I inspected the inside and it is not a crack.

Was taken apart and cleaned. Dana 27 power lok out of the front a 1971 Jeep cj5. As you can see in the 3rd picture bottom bearing slides up about 1/8 of an inch but seats just fine and isn't loose.
